Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage onboarding programs for new Customer Success Managers (CSMs)
- Build and deliver ongoing enablement for the Customer Success team
- Partner with Customer Success leadership to identify training needs and success metrics
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a Customer Success Manager at a B2B SaaS company with enablement ownership
- Proven ability to build programs from scratch in fast-paced environments
- Comfort with ambiguity and a figure-it-out mindset
- Passion for helping Customer Success teams scale and improve performance
