  • Build and deliver ongoing enablement for the Customer Success team
  • Partner with Customer Success leadership to identify training needs and success metrics
Required Qualifications
  • Experience as a Customer Success Manager at a B2B SaaS company with enablement ownership
  • Proven ability to build programs from scratch in fast-paced environments
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a figure-it-out mindset
  • Passion for helping Customer Success teams scale and improve performance
