A company is looking for a Client Services FNOL Associate (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and complete new loss reports by gathering detailed information and educating customers
- Handle customer complaints, provide solutions, and ensure resolution follow-up
- Process system transactions, provide policy services, and maintain claims licenses as required
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Preferred experience: 1 year in the insurance industry and 2 years as a customer service representative
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet usage
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
