Job Summary
A company is looking for a Support Specialist Bilingual English Mandarin or Cantonese.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist care/case managers with non-clinical activities such as creating cases and events
- Handle telephonic outreach to members, providers, and community-based organizations
- Document member information and manage a large caseload while communicating member issues effectively
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in Cantonese or Mandarin
- Experience in handling calls related to benefit questions, authorizations, and referrals
- Ability to document information in compliance with internal procedures
- Experience managing a caseload effectively
- Ability to escalate calls as necessary
