A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager with expertise in Financial Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue business opportunities by analyzing sales options and industry trends
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, acting as their primary touchpoint and trusted advisor
- Track customer health metrics, proactively addressing issues to ensure satisfaction and retention
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree preferred
- At least five to ten years of experience in Enterprise Sales and/or Account Management with Large Enterprise Customers in the Financial Services Sector
- Background in CPaaS or related Enterprise Sales experience preferred
- Experience managing the upsell/cross-sell sales cycle with Fortune 500 companies
- Fluency in English is required
