A company is looking for a Japanese Customer Service Senior Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inquiries from customers regarding insurance claims and policies via phone and email
- Research and interpret policy provisions to provide effective responses to inquiries
- Independently address customer grievances and complaints of varying complexity
Required Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in both speaking and writing Japanese
- Strong proficiency in speaking English
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
