Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inquiries from customers regarding insurance claims and policies via phone and email
  • Research and interpret policy provisions to provide effective responses to inquiries
  • Independently address customer grievances and complaints of varying complexity
Required Qualifications
  • Strong proficiency in both speaking and writing Japanese
  • Strong proficiency in speaking English
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
