A company is looking for a Medical Billing Customer Service Representative (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow up and resolve unpaid patient balances through high-volume patient calls
  • Analyze self-pay balances, establish payment plans, and process patient payments
  • Handle billing inquiries and ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Knowledge of CPT/ICD 10 coding
  • Understanding of explanation of benefits and reimbursement payment practices
  • Minimum of 3 years of prior medical billing experience or equivalent
