Job Summary
A company is looking for an Automotive Repair Expert who will provide automotive repair guidance and support to consumers.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with consumers via phone, email, SMS, and chat to answer repair-related questions and schedule appointments
- Serve as an internal subject matter expert and maintain communication with partners to address needs and concerns
- Provide training and qualitative feedback to partners and internal teams to ensure high-quality information delivery
Required Qualifications
- More than 3 years of experience as an auto repair technician and/or service advisor
- ASE Certified or willing to obtain certification within the first 6 months of employment
- Familiarity with webinars and screen share technology
- Proficient in using Salesforce
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
