Key Responsibilities

- Verify insurance coverage and explain financial responsibilities to customers
- Document patient interactions and ensure compliance with insurance standards
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- One year of experience in healthcare administrative, financial, or insurance customer services
- Experience in claims, billing, or call center environments is preferred
- Familiarity with Medicare certified HME environments is a plus
