Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year in a CSR 1 position or 2 years of equivalent experience in customer service and the auto industry
- Proficiency in business software including Microsoft Office and internal systems
- Strong organizational abilities
- Willingness to work a schedule including weekends and occasional overtime
