Remote Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to provide telehealth services and manage patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual primary care visits, including assessments and management of chronic and acute conditions
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, manage prescriptions, and coordinate follow-up care
• Engage in continuous learning and participate in interdisciplinary collaborations to enhance patient care

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in the D2Me program
• Active Nurse Practitioner (APRN) license in good standing or ability to obtain licensure in multiple states within 90 days
• Board certification in Family Medicine, Adult-Gerontology, or Internal Medicine
• Minimum 2 years of primary care, urgent care, or internal medicine experience, preferably in telehealth
• Active BLS certification at time of hire
