Key Responsibilities
- Manage, coach, and evaluate associates to foster a productive team environment
- Build strong working relationships with clients and associates while addressing client issues
- Monitor performance indicators and ensure team meets productivity and quality standards
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 2 years of customer service work experience
- At least 2 years of medical billing, cash posting, and charge entry experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
- In-depth knowledge of the behavioral or post-acute healthcare industry
