Job Summary
A company is looking for a Limited Service Call Center Team Leader- Bilingual Spanish (Remote in New Jersey).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing training and real-time quality monitoring for Consumer Services Specialists
- Handle escalated calls and maintain updated knowledge of performance requirements and policies
- Answer inbound calls during peak times and track all inquiries using applicable systems
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required
- High school diploma or GED with 6+ years of relevant professional experience
- State of New Jersey residency is required
- Preferred 3 years of Call Center experience
- Internal staff must have NJ SBE Project experience
