A company is looking for a B2B Customer Support Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer calls, tickets, and chats regarding product issues and service questions
- Coordinate and deliver onboarding and training sessions for clients
- Collaborate with management to stay current on product knowledge and company policies
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a support or customer-facing role
- Experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM platforms)
- Proficiency with Google Docs and Microsoft Office tools
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous customer support experience in a B2B environment is preferred
