A company is looking for a B2B Customer Support Representative.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and deliver onboarding and training sessions for clients
  • Collaborate with management to stay current on product knowledge and company policies
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in a support or customer-facing role
  • Experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM platforms)
  • Proficiency with Google Docs and Microsoft Office tools
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous customer support experience in a B2B environment is preferred
