Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Technical Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive collaboration with engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Create procedures and tools to support new and existing solutions
  • Develop command-line and SQL scripts for support teams and conduct root cause analysis for critical issues
Required Qualifications
  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
  • 3-5+ years of experience in delivering direct customer support
  • Familiarity with AWS or other cloud technologies
  • Knowledge of Linux and Relational Database Management Systems
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and identify root causes of issues
