A company is looking for a Sr. Technical Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive collaboration with engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Create procedures and tools to support new and existing solutions
- Develop command-line and SQL scripts for support teams and conduct root cause analysis for critical issues
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
- 3-5+ years of experience in delivering direct customer support
- Familiarity with AWS or other cloud technologies
- Knowledge of Linux and Relational Database Management Systems
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and identify root causes of issues
