Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telehealth Registered Nurse.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic patient care, developing and evaluating comprehensive care plans for various disease states
• Educate patients on medication adherence and support their health management through outbound calls
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance patient experience and continuity of care

Required Qualifications

• Unrestricted current compact RN license in the state of residence with the ability to be licensed in multiple states
• Must reside in Texas or Arizona
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical RN experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• RN Diploma, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
