Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of customer interactions, aiming for 64 interactions per shift
- Maintain a customer satisfaction rating of 90% or higher
- Assist customers through various communication channels including email, phone, and live chat
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Previous customer service experience, ideally in a call center environment
- Ability to work remotely and take phone calls from customers
- Must reside in Kansas, California, or Colorado
- Availability to work either a Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday shift
