Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • Proven work experience as a Technical Support Representative, Desktop Support Engineer, or IT Help Desk Technician
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
  • Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Flexibility to potentially work shift hours
  • Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
