Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, particularly with heavy Android application support
- Track calls to resolution and properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams
- Document technical knowledge and customer feedback in Salesforce and maintain professional relationships with clients
Required Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Technical Support Representative, Desktop Support Engineer, or IT Help Desk Technician
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
- Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software (e.g., Salesforce)
- Flexibility to potentially work shift hours
- Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
