Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Customer Success to lead and scale the post-sale customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build, scale, and lead a high-performing Customer Success team
  • Define and execute the overall customer success strategy aligned with company objectives
  • Own the full post-sale customer journey, including onboarding, adoption, and renewal
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Customer Experience roles
  • 5+ years in a senior/executive leadership capacity in a high-growth SaaS environment
  • Proven track record of building and scaling Customer Success functions
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Proficiency with Customer Success platforms like Gainsight, HubSpot, or Salesforce
