A company is looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative to work remotely in California.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and record customer concerns via phone, resolving issues according to corporate guidelines
- Function as a liaison between physicians, health plans, and IPA staff, ensuring accurate responses to calls
- Log issues into the Customer Service Tracking database and maintain minimum standards for quality and quantity of calls
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- 1+ years of experience in a Medicare and HMO environment
- 1+ years of claims processing or customer service experience
- 1+ years of authorization/referral processing experience
- Experience with spreadsheet software such as Excel and/or Access
