Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to provide high-level customer service and support to members and providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls and handle customer service inquiries and problems via telephone and email
  • Identify and prioritize caller needs, formulating plans of resolution and maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Educate members on program benefits and meet established call center metrics and quality levels
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma
  • Must be bilingual
  • Prior experience in a customer service related field preferred
  • General working knowledge of Microsoft Word & Outlook
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-growing and changing environment
