Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to provide high-level customer service and support to members and providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and handle customer service inquiries and problems via telephone and email
- Identify and prioritize caller needs, formulating plans of resolution and maintaining customer satisfaction
- Educate members on program benefits and meet established call center metrics and quality levels
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Must be bilingual
- Prior experience in a customer service related field preferred
- General working knowledge of Microsoft Word & Outlook
- Ability to thrive in a fast-growing and changing environment
