Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule appointments using the Epic electronic medical record system and assist with patient registrations and referrals
  • Provide exceptional customer service while adhering to HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in a contact center or phone-based customer service role
  • Basic computer literacy and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to type 50 WPM with accuracy
  • Familiarity with contact center software and technology
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment
