Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing patient inquiries and directing them to appropriate resources
- Schedule appointments using the Epic electronic medical record system and assist with patient registrations and referrals
- Provide exceptional customer service while adhering to HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a contact center or phone-based customer service role
- Basic computer literacy and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to type 50 WPM with accuracy
- Familiarity with contact center software and technology
- Comfortable working in a remote environment
