Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Pharmacy Technician - Prior Authorization.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to high-volume inbound calls from members and providers
- Provide guidance through the prior authorization process
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all interactions
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience as a Pharmacy Technician or in a healthcare customer service/call center setting
- Verifiable High School Diploma or GED
- Able to sit and focus without interruptions for full shift
- Must have a quiet, dedicated home office space with wired internet (minimum 25 Mbps download / 3 Mbps upload)
- Comfortable using computer applications including Word, Excel, and internal CRM systems
