A company is looking for a Sr/Care Manager, Patient Support Services - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform outbound calls to obtain eligibility information and document accurately
- Assist customers with pharmacy-related services through inbound calls
- Contact insurance companies for benefit investigation and support prior authorizations
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
- Minimum one year of experience in medical billing, reimbursement, or insurance verification
- Previous data entry experience with a typing speed of 30wpm or more
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite programs and soft phone systems
- Must have a private workspace that adheres to HIPAA compliance
