Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Spanish Fraud Detection Representative to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Fraud Detection cases by taking inbound and making outbound calls
  • Monitor and investigate credit and debit accounts for fraudulent activity
  • Meet performance targets and participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some post high school education is desirable
  • Minimum one year of experience in fraud detection and/or investigation preferred
  • At least six months of customer service or call center experience preferred
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
