Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bilingual Spanish Fraud Detection Representative to work remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Fraud Detection cases by taking inbound and making outbound calls
- Monitor and investigate credit and debit accounts for fraudulent activity
- Meet performance targets and participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; some post high school education is desirable
- Minimum one year of experience in fraud detection and/or investigation preferred
- At least six months of customer service or call center experience preferred
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
