Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Customer Support Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone
  • Advise customers on software usage and assist during their trial period
  • Track customer interactions in Salesforce and contribute to the Support Knowledge-base
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in SaaS
  • Ability to work from 9am-6pm EST
  • Experience with technology and familiarity with Intercom and Salesforce is a plus
  • Strong focus on customer experience and relationship building
  • Self-motivated with a growth mentality
