Key Responsibilities
- Support execution of customer-facing events and manage vendor relations
- Oversee coordination of customer event deployment and material preparation
- Engage in customer engagement reporting and collaborate with sales and account management teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in health education, health administration, marketing, business, or related field preferred
- Ability to obtain insurance license if requested by management
- Proficient in Microsoft Programs and CRM systems like Salesforce.com
- Flexibility to adapt to changing workflows in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual or multi-lingual is a plus
