A company is looking for a Service Desk Technician - Bilingual Spanish/English (TIER 1).
Key Responsibilities
- Provides support via phone, e-mail, and chat for corporate clients regarding PC hardware and software applications
- Assists users with troubleshooting issues related to Microsoft Operating Systems and Office products
- Handles 50-60 technical issues per day and utilizes Active Directory for password resets and printer configurations
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Trade School Certificate or Associate Degree in a related field
- 1 year of experience in a call center or service desk environment
- Knowledge of Windows 7, Windows 10, and Office 365 support
- Familiarity with ticketing systems like ServiceNow
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications
