A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - Work from Home.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and respond to customer inquiries regarding dental, vision, life, and disability benefits
- Assist customers, groups, and providers through phone and written communications
- Manage and record claims, messages, and other documents while adhering to quality standards
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One or more years of customer service experience
- Able to work Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern time
- Must be a Michigan resident with high-speed internet access via Ethernet or landline
- Experience in a call center environment is a plus
