Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to support customer needs in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls to address customer inquiries regarding insurance policies, coverage, and billing issues
  • Assist customers who have recently experienced accidents by setting up new claim reports and demonstrating empathy
  • Offer additional products to customers based on their unique needs
Required Qualifications
  • A minimum of two years relevant work experience, or
  • A minimum of two years post-secondary education
  • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems
  • Experience in customer service
  • Availability for full-time work, including evenings and weekends
