A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to support customer needs in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls to address customer inquiries regarding insurance policies, coverage, and billing issues
- Assist customers who have recently experienced accidents by setting up new claim reports and demonstrating empathy
- Offer additional products to customers based on their unique needs
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of two years relevant work experience, or
- A minimum of two years post-secondary education
- Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems
- Experience in customer service
- Availability for full-time work, including evenings and weekends
