Key Responsibilities

• Manage and improve visa application form logic, structure, and flow
• Execute A/B tests and monitor results for performance impact
• Monitor form-related KPIs and escalate any anomalies or negative trends

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in operational, regulatory, or CX-driven digital products
• Fluent English skills (both oral and written)
• Strong command of logical structuring and compliance assessment
• Skilled in reading and interpreting government requirements
