Job Summary

A company is looking for a Security Customer Experience Engineer II.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilizes engineering tools and customer feedback to identify product issues and track customer incidents
  • Conducts health checks and provides guidance on product deployment and configuration
  • Collaborates with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve product features
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Data Analytics/Science, AI, or related field AND 2+ years of experience in technology, cloud, technical support, or customer experience engineering
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint or similar environments
  • 1+ years of project management experience
  • Ability to meet security screening requirements
  • Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of formal education
