Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Services Specialist to support Unemployment Insurance tax functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist employers with completing and submitting required reports, registrations, and applications
- Provide phone and email support related to agency web applications
- Conduct fact-finding to verify or obtain information to determine employer liability
Required Qualifications:
- Three years of experience in high-level customer service
- College-level coursework in business administration or a related field may substitute for work experience on a year-for-year basis
- Experience with technology applications related to accounting or payroll (preferred)
- Experience interpreting and applying federal or state guidelines (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word (preferred)
