Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inbound Customer Service Agent - Consumer Relations (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve escalated customer service issues and advocate for consumers with internal departments
  • Follow up with customers via phone, email, or text to address appliance-related concerns
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to effectively resolve consumer issues and complete satisfaction reviews
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 1-year call center experience
  • Minimum of 2-years escalated customer service experience
  • Moderate to advanced computer skills, including navigating multiple online applications
  • Previous experience working from home (preferred)
