Job Summary
A company is looking for an Inbound Customer Service Agent - Consumer Relations (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve escalated customer service issues and advocate for consumers with internal departments
- Follow up with customers via phone, email, or text to address appliance-related concerns
- Coordinate with stakeholders to effectively resolve consumer issues and complete satisfaction reviews
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1-year call center experience
- Minimum of 2-years escalated customer service experience
- Moderate to advanced computer skills, including navigating multiple online applications
- Previous experience working from home (preferred)
