Home Equity Mortgage Processor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Home Equity Mortgage Processor to review loan applications and ensure accuracy and completeness.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and manage a pipeline of Home Equity loans to meet deadlines
• Communicate effectively with external and internal customers throughout the loan process
• Request, gather, and analyze necessary documentation for underwriting approval

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of mortgage processing industry experience preferred
• Broker fulfillment experience is a plus
• Ability to maintain a pipeline of 30-50 loans
• Knowledge of Encompass LOS and Fannie Mae guidelines
• Ability to work well under time constraints and adapt to a changing environment
