Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bilingual Call Center Agent in the remote Sacramento area.
Key Responsibilities
- Responds to basic to moderately complex member telephone calls regarding eligibility and benefit information
- Documents calls and inquiries in a customer relationship management (CRM) system and resolves member requests
- Conducts outbound calls to members as needed based on customer direction or business requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Minimum of 6 months customer service or telephone experience preferred
- Experience with organizational functions and personnel
- Familiarity with computer software and telephone technology, including help desk software
