A company is looking for a Customer Support Representative to provide first-line support for Outfitters and members in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for Outfitters via CRM and phone, ensuring timely responses to inquiries
- Provide premium support for the membership program, resolving issues and facilitating member reservations
- Collaborate with internal teams on data entry and other ad-hoc projects while maintaining communication with leadership
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred
- Availability to work nights and weekends as scheduled
- Proven track record of excellent customer service
- Ability to understand and follow process flows while improving overall program efficiency
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with Outfitters and team members
