Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain knowledge of products and services, answering calls and emails in a timely manner
- Process orders, verify insurance eligibility, and communicate with patients regarding documentation and referrals
- Meet quality assurance requirements and facilitate resolution of customer complaints
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One (1) year of work-related experience in healthcare administrative, financial, or insurance customer services
- Senior level requires two (2) years of work-related experience and one (1) year of exact job experience
- Experience in a Medicare certified environment is preferred for exact job experience
