A company is looking for a Client Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and support to end-users.
Key Responsibilities
- Receives and documents client issues through various channels, classifying severity and notifying appropriate resources
- Provides initial technical support for client problems and escalates complex issues as needed
- Verifies systems during scheduled outages and monitors critical processing to ensure benchmarks are met
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a technical field preferred
- Typically no relevant experience required, but 2 years of relevant experience preferred
- Experience with help desk support and POS terminals is a plus
