Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound outreach to members and assist with program enrollment and inquiries
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing member concerns and documenting interactions accurately
- Support Member Services projects and engage in ongoing training to enhance service quality
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably in healthcare
- Fluent in verbal/written English and Spanish
- Proficiency in using CRM and ticketing systems
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, member-focused environment
