Job Summary
A company is looking for a Registered Financial Customer Service Professional.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming telephone inquiries regarding retirement plans and process financial transactions
- Explain past returns in relation to the economic environment and assist participants with automated systems
- Run disbursement quotes, respond to feedback, and attend meetings and training sessions
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in business or related field preferred, or 1-2 years of related experience without a degree
- 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a financial service-related field
- FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 licenses required
- FINRA fingerprinting required
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S
