A company is looking for a Premier Support Associate.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients via chat, email, and calls with system navigation and specific tasks
- Train clients on system login, running searches, exports, and using advanced features
- Fulfill account management requests such as account creations and project access
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in any discipline
- B2 level proficiency or higher in English
- 2-3 years of experience in customer service, tech support, legal, government, financial, or hospitality roles
- Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems, and Microsoft 365 applications
- Digital intelligence and literacy, with the ability to acquire and apply knowledge related to digital technology
