Remote Lab Dispatcher

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lab Dispatcher - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispatches orders for services to field personnel within fifteen minutes of order entry
• Coordinates estimated time of arrival (ETA) with technicians and facilities as needed
• Assists with inbound customer service calls as required

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Graduate or GED
• Proficient to expert use of Microsoft Office software
• Ability to focus in a busy call center environment
• Must have a private workspace free from distractions
• Must have a high-speed internet connection to support VoIP communications
