A company is looking for a Care Advocate to engage prospective patients and drive enrollment in their musculoskeletal care navigation program.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls and multichannel outreach to introduce services and support program enrollment
- Build trust and rapport with patients through active listening and a compassionate approach
- Document patient interactions accurately and meet performance targets related to outreach and engagement
Required Qualifications
- Experience in outbound call center, inside sales, or patient engagement roles in healthcare
- Ability to manage high call volumes while maintaining accuracy and empathy
- Comfortable working with productivity targets in a fast-paced environment
- High comfort level with technology, including Google Suite and CRMs
- Ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
