MTM Pharmacy Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Representative, MTM Pharmacy Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and record inbound/outbound pharmacy calls to meet departmental and CMS standards
• Enforce HIPAA compliance and maintain necessary information for providers and members
• Support pharmacists with medication reviews and ensure accurate member contact information

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalency
• 1-3 years of call center or customer service experience
• Ability to work independently on special projects
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office programs
• Associate's Degree preferred
