A company is looking for a Representative, MTM Pharmacy Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and record inbound/outbound pharmacy calls to meet departmental and CMS standards
- Enforce HIPAA compliance and maintain necessary information for providers and members
- Support pharmacists with medication reviews and ensure accurate member contact information
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalency
- 1-3 years of call center or customer service experience
- Ability to work independently on special projects
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office programs
- Associate's Degree preferred
