Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound outreach and inbound calls to assist members with assessments, program enrollment, and inquiries
- Document member interactions accurately while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations
- Proactively resolve member concerns and support Member Services projects to enhance service quality
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably in healthcare
- Proficiency in using CRM and ticketing systems
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, member-focused environment
