Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Services Agent I to handle member inquiries and provide exceptional customer service in a healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound outreach and inbound calls to assist members with assessments, program enrollment, and inquiries
  • Document member interactions accurately while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations
  • Proactively resolve member concerns and support Member Services projects to enhance service quality
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably in healthcare
  • Proficiency in using CRM and ticketing systems
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, member-focused environment
