Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Onboarding Manager to facilitate the onboarding process for new and existing clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Project manage customer onboardings to ensure successful outcomes and accelerate time to value
- Collaborate with internal technical resources to train customers on the platform's features
- Establish relationships with customer stakeholders to understand their business and technical goals
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SaaS project management and client onboarding
- PM qualifications (Agile, PMP, Prince2) are a plus
- Understanding of Google Tag Manager, Google Product Feed, and Google Analytics is an advantage
- Familiarity with webhooks and API
- Experience with CRM, ERP, or Marketing Automation platforms is advantageous
