Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Onboarding Advisor - Pharmacy Network Implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the subject matter expert for pharmacy network operations during the onboarding process
- Document client-specific requirements and workflows to ensure successful implementation
- Coordinate with various teams to ensure compliance and provide regular updates on the onboarding process
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in PBM administration or the pharmacy industry
- Five (5)+ years of experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or PBM industry preferred
- Experience in functional process management or technical applications preferred
- Participation in compliance program objectives is expected
- Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
