Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Onboarding Advisor - Pharmacy Network Implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the subject matter expert for pharmacy network operations during the onboarding process
  • Document client-specific requirements and workflows to ensure successful implementation
  • Coordinate with various teams to ensure compliance and provide regular updates on the onboarding process
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in PBM administration or the pharmacy industry
  • Five (5)+ years of experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or PBM industry preferred
  • Experience in functional process management or technical applications preferred
  • Participation in compliance program objectives is expected
  • Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
