Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Customer Service Professional to support retirement plan inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming telephone inquiries regarding retirement plans from participants, employers, and third-party specialists
  • Process contribution changes, loans, withdrawals, and general account changes as directed by customers
  • Educate customers on retirement savings accounts and communicate critical plan updates
Required Qualifications
  • Availability to work a 40-hour work week, including outside traditional business hours
  • Associate degree or higher and at least one year of customer service experience, or two or more years of customer service experience
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is preferred
  • Experience in financial services or call center environments is a plus
  • Desire to engage with customers over the phone and adapt communication style to diverse customer needs
