Job Summary

A company is looking for a UM/UIM Represented Adjuster - Remote CST/MST/PST.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate complex, represented claims, including uninsured or underinsured motorist claims
• Take recorded statements, resolve loss of use claims, and negotiate settlements
• Perform detailed reviews of damage and interpret policies to determine coverage

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Experience in claims handling, particularly in casualty claims
• Knowledge of insurance policies and coverage interpretation
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple claims simultaneously
• Familiarity with negotiating and settling claims
• Proficiency in using communication tools such as phone and email
