Collision Repair Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Repair Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Authorize and review collision repairs and repair estimates based on I-CAR and ASE standards
• Negotiate repair costs and issue purchase orders while ensuring compliance with client parameters
• Assist with driver requests and ensure follow-up for down vehicles within 24 hours

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of two years of automobile adjusting or appraisal experience
• High School diploma required; ASE Body Certification preferred
• Estimating or appraisal certification within 18 months of hire date
• I-Car Platinum Certification within 18 months of hire date
• Customer service experience and familiarity with PC applications
